What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, billing address, booking dates, and number of guests. Payments are processed by Stripe — we do not see or store your card details.

How we use it

To process and manage your booking, send booking and cancellation confirmations, provide customer support, prevent fraud, defend against chargebacks, and comply with legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data.

Payments & fraud prevention

Stripe processes payments and may use fraud-prevention tools (such as Stripe Radar and card-authentication checks like 3-D Secure) that process payment and device information. This is based on our legitimate interests and Stripe's own legal obligations.

Data retention & your rights

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to administer your booking, and thereafter for accounting and tax purposes (typically up to 6 years), then deleted. Under UK GDPR you may access, correct, or delete your data, and object to or restrict processing — contact us at any time to exercise these rights.
